The Book of Matan Aj-Jurumiyah authored by Assyri Abu Abdillah Muhammad ibn Muhammad bin Dawud Ash Shinhaji (sometimes called Ash Shonhaji), better known as Ibn Ajurum.
Ibn Ajurum composed Al Ajurumiyah matan in 719 H, four years before his death.
Ar Ra'i and Ibnul Haj mention that Ibn Ajurum wrote this book before the Kaaba. And added by Al Hamidi that after writing this book, Ibn Ajurum threw his book into the sea saying, "If this book I wrote sincerely for Allah, then this book will not be wet." And It turns out Al Ajurumiyah book that he wrote not wet. So although this book is thin and aimed at beginners, but his paper is accepted by all circles, and widely used as a science of grammar dipesantren pesantren.
